Dedicated Access Support Channels

netINS makes a variety of support channels available to dedicated access customer sites.

  • INS-Ops mailing list - The ins-ops mailing list is used by netINS to distribute notices affecting dedicated connection services.

    To Subscribe to INS-Ops
    From the account you wish subscribed, simply send an email to
    INS-Ops-On@netINS.net . You'll get a confirmation request, to which you'll need to reply.


    To unsubscribe from INS-Ops:
    From the account you wish to unsubscribe, send an email to
    INS-Ops-Off@netINS.net. Again, you'll get a confirmation request, to which you'll need to reply.

    Alternatively, you can send email to ins-ops-request@netins.net and an email address will be subscribed/unsubscribed by us manually.

  • NOC Trouble Ticket - The netINS Network Control Center tracks customer issues via an email based trouble ticket system. You may submit a trouble ticket by sending email to noc@netINS.net.

  • Network Control Center Hotline (NCC) - The netINS NCC can be reached via our support number of 888-netINS-1 (888-638-4671). This number should be used for critical network down situations.
