Use this form to submit Domain Name Service (DNS) requests to netINS for your dedicated connection. It is very important that before you use this form that you are sure of exactly what DNS you will need.

Your Billing Number:

In the section below please specify the hostname (an example of a hostname would be www.yourdomain.com or mail.yourdomain.com) and the IP address that that hostname should point to:

When you submitted the netINS Network Allocation Form (NAF) for your dedicated connection, you probably filled out information for your first domain name. This site is intended to be a way for you to request DNS for ADDITIONAL domain names that you wish to use. You will be billed $50.00 for each time you request netINS to do DNS on an additional domain name and $35.00 for each change you need to make.
